I created this journal, especially for you. For the days, you need to remind yourself about why you shouldn’t give up on your dreams and goals, despite the obstacles. Sometimes, we may feel like giving up. We need the motivation to keep moving forward because life does change. So, why don't you motivate yourself by keeping a journal! You can write down new ideas, doodles, quotes, sayings, notes to self, make collages, or journal your daily life experiences. Journaling is an excellent and therapeutic way of recording your emotional highs and lows. You will feel better about yourself and your journey of never giving up.
